With nearly thirty years of experience guiding individuals and practitioners through the deeper landscapes of human development, P. Jamie Lee brings rare clarity and compassion to the work of systemic healing. Trained with Bert Hellinger, Heinz Stark, Berthold Ulsamer, and Gunthard Weber, and holding a Master’s in Human Development as well as certification as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, she bridges ancestral insight with modern psychology and somatic awareness.
Jamie is the author of Genealogy of the Soul: A Personal Guide to Family Constellation Work and the creator of The Circle Tool, a visual process that helps individuals and groups clarify what’s in motion within them. Her circles are known as spaces where truth softens, love moves freely, and transformation unfolds with quiet precision.

As co-developer of The Circle Tool, Jodi brings systemic clarity into the workplace — integrating this process into executive coaching, team facilitation, and organizational strategy. Her current focus is on expanding The Circle Tool within leadership and corporate settings to help teams cultivate alignment, trust, and meaningful, sustainable performance.

We created The Circle Tool, a unique tabletop constellation tool, to make these insights accessible and actionable.
As we introduced The Circle Tool, the response was incredible. Not only did it transform the way people saw their systems, but it also opened up new perspectives and unexpected solutions.
